What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is out of our control. If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
No cancellations. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled.
